i did not check the fridge for anything besides half+half, so use your discretion on whatever we already have

* mushrooms
* chicken
* onions
* ginger
* fish sauce, or else shrimp sauce. in the asian food section. anchovies might also work? something salty and fishy and mushy/watery and cured. this is p. much the most important part.
* if you can have soy sauce but don't want whatever brand i have, pick up some organic stuff or something
* garlic
* half+half

* a cup or two of almonds if 5hrs is enough time to make them safe for you to eat (or else if you're just gonna opt out of eating this)
